KIX exists to help entrepreneurs and business leaders grow as disciples of Jesus in the marketplace. We believe work isn’t neutral and business isn’t secular. God uses calling, leadership, and enterprise as tools for formation and impact, when they’re rooted in identity, obedience, and community.
KIX isn’t built around tactics, selling, or performance. It’s built around spiritual formation, honest reflection, prayer, and community for people who want their faith to meaningfully shape how they lead, build, and live.
KIX is for entrepreneurs, founders, and business leaders who love Jesus and want their faith to shape their leadership and daily work. It’s for people who are successful on paper but hungry for deeper clarity, formation, and purpose.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to care about obedience, growth, and doing your work with God, not apart from Him.
