FT5K: Homes & Love.

Children Need Homes

So we built a few. Because they really do. And because we can.

Learn more about the homes we’ve built here, and see why loving on these kids both practically and emotionally is the best thing we can do to help reshape their future.

Why Homes?

Love.

Kids develop differently when they’re surrounded by love. So we do that. Loving on them with two sets of house parents at each of the homes we’ve built.

Safety.

Kids need to feel safe. They need to go to sleep at night not anxious or worries about what might happen.

Development.

Kids need to learn. Grow. And develop in an environment that fosters just that, without the pressures of going out to work or beg, just to stay alive.

Family.

Not every child is an orphan, although many are. All the children do however, come from an environment where family is missing, whether through circumstance, choice or otherwise. We wanted to fix that. Because family matters.

    50 = 50

    50 children means 50 beds and a whole lot of restroom space.

    Clear Skies.

    Imagine looking up and seeing clear blue skies, and having the freedom to stare and enjoy it. That’s not reality for many of the homeless children around the world.

Supported by WorkLodge.

As a non-profit, we couldn’t do this without the financial help of others. The amazing coworking company WorkLodge, based in Houston, Texas has funded our entire operation since inception and shouts about us visibly, in all locations. You can read about it HERE.

Now that we’re growing, we’re ready to invite others to join us on the ride and support our mission to change lives.
